10MM EARLY IMPERIAL ROMANS

Just for a change from the usual 15mm and 28mm commissions I do....here are some pictures of a 10mm Early Imperial Roman army I have recently painted for a customer. The Legionaries and the auxiliary cavalry are Pendraken Miniatures, the light infantry and command figures are Magister Militum.
They are all set up ready to do battle...

....but then decide to leave the nasty barbarians alone and go to Rome instead...

15MM XYSTON MINIATURES ANCIENTS OF VARIOUS TYPES!

These are various bits of work I have recently completed, all Xyston Miniatures 15mm. Above two pics are a unit of Successor Theurophoroi - I think I spelt that correctly, not too sure but I think we all know what they are.
The next two pictures are Parthian Cataphracts; being 4 figures to a base and with Xyston being slightly bigger figures I worried that they would not fit on the base. It all worked out fine in the end though!

The following pictures are....yes you guessed it Scythians who seem to get everywhere amongst these type of armies, and this is a good thing because they look so good!

And then finally two pictures of Successor Cataphracts, charging there and charging back again just to show off

28MM SUCCESSORS

We have no internet access from 4th - 12th July, and will not be able to answer emails...we'll get back to you as soon as possible when we get back online! Apologies for any inconvenience.
In the meantime here are some pictures of a 28mm Successor army using Polemarch's figures (available through Gripping Beast). The Elephant and crew is from Aventine Miniatures and the Scythed Chariot from Magister Militum.
